Q: WHAT ARE ACCEPTABLE REFERENCES?
A: Honestly anything, and the more you have, the better! Stick figures, scribbles, previous commissions, picrews, and in-game screenshots are all perfectly acceptable. If you have doubts about your references email me any time!

Q: WHAT WILL YOU DRAW?
A: Almost anything! I am okay doing fanart, original characters, and canon/oc for any fandom! I am most familiar with Fire Emblem: Three Houses, Haikyuu!, and Dragon Age, but will draw for anything else. I do not work in explicit NSFW or gore.

Commission Guidelines
1. Commissions are only available through the tab on my ko-fi. If there are no slots available, I have sold out and am currently closed. Money sent by any other means will be returned.
2. Each style of commission comes with specific requirements or guidelines. These will be written out in each individual listing, please double check the files or links you send in.
3. For larger projects (e.g. a set of portraits for an entire tabletop group) please send an inquiry first! I am more than happy to accommodate sets & will set up a custom slot for you.
General Agreements
When purchasing a commission, you recognize and agree to the following:
1. You retain the right to use and edit your commission in non-commercial spaces however you please, including reposting on social media, use as a profile picture, banner, or contributor icon. Use in a split profit project such as a fandom zine or anthology is okay. Any use requires credit linking back to my twitter (@hekxate) or portfolio (hekxate.art);
2. Commercial use, re-selling, or mass production into merchandise is strictly forbidden without explicit consent. Printing off commissions for personal use is allowed. Rates for commercial use will be negotiated based on the scope of the project;
3. Unless discussed, I retain all rights to repost the image on social media for personal promotion, watermarked with whatever handle you have provided;
4. I reserve the right to refuse and refund a commission for any reason. In such a scenario, I will contact you and discuss alternative choices before offering the full amount back.
